Data and source
We process data you provide directly: name, email, reason and message and, if supplied, organisation, country or market and context link. Minimal security data such as date, time and IP address may also be logged. Do not send special-category data, confidential documents, bank details, cap tables or credentials.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to receive, assess and answer your enquiry; prevent abuse and protect the form; and retain basic evidence of relevant communications. The legal basis is your consent, requested pre-contractual steps and, for security, the legitimate interest in protecting the website. No automated decisions or profiling take place.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Access may be provided to strictly necessary hosting, maintenance, security or email providers under contract and confidentiality duties, and to authorities where legally required.
International transfers
Primary enquiry storage is configured on infrastructure in the European Union. If a future provider processes data outside the EEA, an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard will be used and this notice will be updated.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while handled and for up to twelve months after the last interaction, unless a professional relationship, defence of claims or legal obligation requires longer. Technical security logs are kept only for the minimum necessary period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@miguelmartin.global and identify your request. Reasonable information may be requested to verify identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Children
This website is intended for professional contacts and is not designed for children under 14. We do not knowingly request their data.
Security and changes
Technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to risk are applied, although no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may change for legal, technical or functional reasons; the review date will be published.
